Reissiger Coaching Introduction

Welcome to the first post to the REISSIGER Coaching Blog!!

Who am I? I welcome you to read in depth about me in the sidebar. Or... you can go to http://www.coachingthecompellingway.com/ and read more about me, my business background and the coaching services and resources that I provide.

As an executive coach in the Atlanta area, I won’t let geography limit me. I want to connect with leaders all across the world and serve them in the highest way!

My passion is to help goal oriented business leaders and aspiring leaders develop personally and professionally. As a result of our time together, they achieve greater business success, personal advancement and a higher quality of life.

My ideal client is:

A business owner or key business leader within an organization.
A leader in a new role (promoted or a new hire to the organization).
A leader wanting high performing teams.
A high potential leader.

What energizes my ideal client is:

Conquering business and personal challenges.
Mobilizing and inspiring people to achieve high performance in all areas and business projects.
A sense of order, structure, process, control and proper business measurements.
Implementing strong business and management processes.
Personal growth and helping their team members grow.
Developing teams that work well as a team and collaboratively with all constituencies.
Personal advancement.
Having a positive impact on people, clients and the organization.
A higher quality of life.

If this resonates with you, welcome! I look forward to interacting with you. In future blogs, I will share with you case studies and leadership and management practices that I have seen work over the course of 31 years in Corporate America!

If you are currently facing a challenge, post it or email it to me at bobr@coachingthecompellingway.com and I will share with you thoughts to consider! Or, go to http://www.coachingthecompellingway.com/ and click on resources/contact if you would like a free Executive Management Assessment with me to discuss how I can help you achieve the greatest success possible and get clear about the best immediate next steps for the success of you and your team. Yes, times are tough but you can succeed even in today's very challenging economic times!

I look forward to hearing from you!

All the best!
